Wilda M. Krebs

Wilda M. Krebs, 96, of Dover passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021, at The Inn at Northwood Village in Dover.

Wilda was born on March 25, 1924, in Dover. She was the daughter of the late William and Bertha (Jones) Simmers.

She married Donald Krebs on December 26, 1943. Donald preceded her in death on July 20, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Wilma Krebs and four half sisters and one half brother.


Wilda retired from Fairfield Brick Company where she worked as a secretary for over 42 years. She was a member of the Dover Foursquare Gospel Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years.

She leaves behind her siblings; Martha Smith of Canton, Mary Swanson Mooresville, Indiana, Derrlyn Ford of New Philadelphia, Loretta Jacobs Lafayette, Indiana, and Daina Rockhold of Frankford, Indiana; along with several nieces and nephews including, Carol (Scott) Yoss of New Philadelphia, Charles (Amber) Krebs of New Philadelphia, Marcine Baker of Dover.
