Mr. Timothy B. Saylor passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, October 27, 2017. He was surrounded by his loved ones - wife, son, brother, sisters, step-children and beloved pets, Savannah, Leon and Cooper. All of his wishes were fulfilled as he passed with admirable strength and dignity. We will be remembering and honoring this wonderful husband, father, brother and friend on Sunday, November 5, 3 – 5 p.m. in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover.
