Thomas W. Winters

Thomas Wayne “Tom” Winters, 57, of Dover, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 30, 2002.

For the past seven years he had worked for GRH pallets in Berlin where he operated a saw.

Born September 19, 1944 at Dover, he was son of the late William B. & Elise Hadorn Winters.

He attended Sherrodsville Wesleyan Church. Tom enjoyed local steam engine shows and loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include: two brothers; Rev. Charles H. & Keet Winters of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, and Rev. Stan Winters of New Haven, a sister; Anne Winters of Dover, his special nieces and nephews; Rachel, Ila, Eric, Suzanne & Steven.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 2, at 3:00pm in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover and will be officiated by Tom�(TM)s brother, Rev. Stan Winters. A reception will be held in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center immediately following services. Cremation will take place with burial in East Avenue Cemetery in New Philadelphia at a later date.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday one hour prior to services.
