Music was Terry’s life and his true passion. He performed at a young age with his band, The Pendelton’s, at area clubs. In the mid 70’s, Terry started playing with Tom Daniels as a duo until adding additional members, forming the band Daniels and Rinehart. Daniels and Rinehart became the most popular band in the area. Terry married Cindy (Phillips) Rinehart in February 1977. They celebrated 48 years of marriage. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; son, Aaron (Stacey); daughter, Sarah (Zack) Glass; his beautiful granddaughters, Sawyer and Emerson (Glass) whom he loved dearly; his brother, Ken (Jane) Rinehart and many nieces and nephews.

In honor of Terry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private military service will be performed at a later date.

“Music was his life, it was not his livelihood

And it made him feel so happy and it made him feel so good

And he sang from his heart and he sang from his soul

He did not know how well he sang, it just made him whole”

(Harry Chapin, “Mr. Tanner”)
