Saundra Kay Limbaugh, 77, of Mineral City passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 in the Community Hospice Truman House.
Born May 23, 1944 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Ruth Williamson Ayers. Sandy was also preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Steinmetz.
She was a 1962 graduate of Dover High School and had been employed at several different restaurants in the area, including, Dover Station, Town House and had also worked at Wal-Mart. Sandy’s family was her pride and joy, her life revolved around them.
A dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, Sandy is survived by her husband of 49 years, David Limbaugh Sr., whom she married on March 19, 1972; children, Kimberly (Marty) Menefee of Tuscarawas, David (Lisa) Limbaugh of Dover, Tricia (Will) Evans of Akron; siblings, Patricia (Ron) McKay, Charles Ayers both of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Ezra, Chase, Gavin, Zachary, Danielle; great grandchild, Dresden and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 8 starting at 4:00 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Robert Smith and Pastor Lisa Elliott officiating. The family will be greeting friends from 2:00 pm until the start of the service on Sunday.
