Rosemary Haugh

Rosemary Haugh, aged 76, of Dover, Ohio, passed away on June 11, 2025, at the Inn at Northwood Village in Dover.

Born on January 16, 1949, in Dover, Ohio, Rosemary was the daughter of the late Russell and Marilyn (Smith) Stalder.

For 25 years, Rosemary worked at Empire Affiliated Credit Union in New Philadelphia, Ohio, where she excelled as a manager. Her commitment to her career was evident in the way she nurtured relationships with her coworkers and served her clients with unwavering professionalism.

A member of New Pointe Community Church in Dover, Rosemary found great joy and fulfillment in her faith and was actively involved in her church community.

On April 24, 1981, she married Richard E. Haugh, who preceded her in death on June 27, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Linard, and her brother, Ronald Stalder.

Rosemary will be sadly missed by her children; Shannon McMillen of California, Darby (Sylvia) McMillen of California, Tammy (Jay) McGarvin of Columbus, and Tommy (Debbie) Haugh of Carrolloton; five grandchildren, Barry Linder, Jonathan Green, Travis Haugh, Tyler Haugh, and Taylor McMillen; five great-grandchildren, Molly and Dixon Haugh, Beckett and  Fiona Haugh, and Jaxon and Caden Linder; along with her long-time companion, Steve Stephan.

A private family gathering and service are being handled through the care of the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover.
