Rodney C. "Rod" Bonifant

Rodney C. “Rod” Bonifant, 61, of Millersburg, and formerly of Strasburg, died at Aultman Hospital on Sunday, September 10, 2017 following a brief illness.

Rod had been employed at Dish Network in Millersburg. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed watching all sports.

Born November 11, 1955 in Dover, he was a son of Max and Joyce Williams Bonifant. In addition to his parents, Rod is survived by his wife, January Angle Bonifant; children, Jason Bonifant of Columbus, Justin (Hallie) Bonifant of Strasburg, Sierra Bonifant of New Phildelphia; siblings, Tod Bonifant, Scott (Jodi) Bonifant, Chad Bonifant, Jody (Randy) Troyer all of Strasburg; step-daughters, Iesha (Brian) Latham of Loudenville, Ronda (Greg) Thompson of Shreve, Samantha (Zach) Byland of Clark, OH and six step-grandchildren.
