Richard L. Duvall

Richard L. Duvall, 66, of Dover and formerly of Strasburg died Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 in the Community Truman House in New Philadelphia following a brief illness.

Richard was a truckdriver.

Born Oct. 2, 1956 in Dover, he was the son of the late Walter and Estel (Newland) Duvall.

Survivors include his wife Cynthia (Sexton) Duvall with whom he was married for fourteen years.
