Michael R. "Robin" Lehigh

Michael R. Lehigh, known to all as "Robin," passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.

 Robin was born on March 5, 1951, in Dennison to the late Robert and Mary Lou McPeek Lehigh. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Herb Lehigh.

 Robin graduated from Claymont High School in 1969 and went on to earn his associate's degree from Kent State University in 1979. He led a distinguished career, culminating in his retirement in 2005 from Quality Carriers. Throughout his professional journey, he held the role of Vice President of Operations in various companies during his career. Robin found joy in various interests and hobbies. A proud member of the 1969 Claymont High School Breakfast Club, he shared a deep love for all sports, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

 Robin is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Marnee K. Adams Lehigh, whom he married on March 29, 1975. He is also survived by his brothers: Frank (Holly) Lehigh of New Philadelphia, Shawn (Sandy) Lehigh of Arizona, and Todd Lehigh of Uhrichsville. Additionally, he leaves behind his nieces, Lindsay (Matthew) Teague, Amber (Jay) Hunker, Christie O’Hagan; nephews, Fr. TJ Lehigh, Jason (Kathryn) Lehigh, Christopher Sigler, Keith Lehigh, and many great nieces and nephews.

 Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 29th starting at 11:00 am at the Dover Burial Park Mausoleum with his nephew Fr. TJ Lehigh officiating. Following the graveside service, a funeral luncheon will be held in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Strasburg.
