Another of Marion’s favorite pastimes was fishing Restoule Lake in Ontario, Canada; many happy times were spent there. He also liked playing golf, and, in his younger days, played both softball and basketball. Marion was a member of Winfield Community Church.

In addition to his parents, Marion was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Harmon, and his brothers, Gene and Keith “Shorty” Espenschied.
