Justin Bair

Justin Christopher Bair, 28, passed away unexpectedly at his home in New Philadelphia, Ohio, on Saturday, October 17, 2026, after a long and difficult personal battle. Though those closest to Justin knew of the struggles he faced, the loss of someone so young is never something for which a family can truly be prepared.

Justin was born on October 23, 1997, and was the beloved son of Angela J. Bair and the late Jason C. Bair Sr.

Justin especially cherished the time he spent with his sisters and his niece, Amara, and treasured the moments they shared. He had a caring heart and helped care for his grandmother, Sue. Justin also enjoyed cooking at home, listening to music, and spending time in nature. He loved spending time with his dogs, Mabel and Addy, who were his best friends. His love for his family and those closest to him was a meaningful part of who he was.

Justin is survived by his mother, Angela J. Bair; his siblings, Courtney M. Hidey, Jason C. "Jay" Bair Jr., Julia C. Bair, Jaelynn C.S. Bair, and Mylie N. Gleaton; his nephew, Nevan; his nieces, Aubrie and Amara; and his grandmother, Sue Gerber Bair.

Justin was preceded in death by his father, Jason C. Bair Sr.; his maternal grandmother, Jacqueline M. Metzger; his uncle, Robert Allen Bair; and his paternal grandfather, Robert F. "Bob" Bair.
