Judith L. Miller

Judith L. Miller, 56, of Uhrichsville, Ohio died Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Union Hospital following a brief illness.

Judy was born on October 4, 1953 in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was the daughter of William A. Miller of Dover and the late Carolyn (Cole) Miller who preceded her in 2000.

She was a nurses aide at Union Hospital for ten years. A 1972 graduate of Dover High School, she enjoyed writing poetry and listening to Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash music.

In addition to her father, Judy is survived by a brother, James K. (wife, Rebecca) Miller and nieces Abby and Alix Miller of New Philadelphia; a nephew, Adam (Chelsea) Miller; great niece Ali Miller and great nephew, Kyle Miller all of Dover; an aunt, Irene Cole and cousin, Kathy Chini of St. Clairsville and a cousin, Christine Graham of Galveston, Texas; an uncle, Kenneth (Barbara) Cole of Texarkana, Texas and her long time companion, Larry Rumes of Dover; two longtime dear friends, Julie Watson of Dover and Retha Crips of Smyrna, Texas.

Rev. Paul Greenwood will officiate committal services on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 11:30am in the Garden of Peace Mausoleum at Dover Burial Park.
