Joyce A. Dickerson, 82, of New Philadelphia died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in the Community Hospice House.
Born March 21, 1933 in Martins Ferry she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Spehar Diehl. Joyce was also preceded in death by her husband, Orville Dickerson, Sr. on October 19, 1987.
She is survived by her son, Orville (Joyce) Dickerson, Jr. of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Amanda and Annette and two great grandchildren.
Private family services will be held in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at New Philadelphia. Burial will be in Martins Ferry. Those wishing to express their fondest memories of Joyce may do so by visiting the online obituaries and flowers link on the funeral homes website.
