John J. Myers Jr.

John J. Myers, 42, of Port Washington passed away on October 22, 2021, at Akron General Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born on August 27, 1979, in Dover, he was the son of John J. Myers Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother; Tina, and sister, Summer A. Myers

John, also known as “Mongoose,” had many passions including MMA fighting, boxing, and mentoring. He enjoyed being outdoors. He was loved by many and recently saved.

In addition to his father, John J. Myers Sr., he leaves behind his daughter; Taiona Myers of Dover; his grandchildren, Sapphire Lynn Myers, and Kyro William Bolek; his sister, Nicole (Scott) Wellman; brother, Jordan English; his niece, Kaci Groves; and his special nephew, Logan Fry; along with many aunts and uncles and cousins.
