Joanne E. Zeigler, 82, of Dover died Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the Schoenbrunn Health Care Center.
She is survived by her husband, James C. Zeigler.
Per Joanne’s wishes, private graveside services will be held at the Dover Burial Park. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling arrangements.
