Janet K. Loader

Janet Stonebrook Loader was born April 30, 1940, in Newcomerstown, Ohio. She wed her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Enos "Cork" Loader on March 9, 1956, just recently celebrating 70 years of marriage.

She brought three devoted children into the world and was a working mom ahead of her time. For more than 25 years, Janet worked in the local banking community in various positions. She then later owned and managed a multi unit apartment complex.

Time spent with family were her very happiest moments whether boating on Seneca, Salt Fork or Lake Erie; campfires and mushroom hunting at the family farm; extended family vacations to many places including the Great Smokey Mountains, Kiawah Island, and Daytona Beach Florida; and weekend ski trips to Peak n Peak. She could pack a picnic basket or cooler in a moment's notice and was a fiercely competitive Euchre player.

She is survived by her husband, Cork; her children, Barbara Loader Singhaus, Beth (Joe) Zifer, Jon (Martine) Loader; her grandchildren, David (Celeste) Singhaus, Joe (Ashley) Zifer, Mary (Chris) Mateo, Nathan Loader, Zachary Loader, Marisa Loader; and her great-grandchildren, Joey and Jackson Zifer, Luca Mateo.
