Janet L. Incarnato

Janet L. Incarnato, 92, of Dover passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover.

She was born on October 12, 1933 in Dover and was a daughter of the late Raymond Mathews and Pauline Kendle VanNest. Janet was also preceded in death by her brother, David Mathews; sister, Toni Todd; half-brothers, Terry VanNest and Ray Mathews; and half-sister, Debbie VanNest.

She retired from Elasto Tec in Walnut Creek after ten years of service and had also worked at Dover Molded Products for 28 years. She was a member of the New Life Church of God in Dover. In her spare time she enjoyed camping and animals.

Janet is survived by her sons, Joseph (Debbie) Incarnato of Bedford, Bruce Incarnato of Ashland, Colin Incarnato of Dover; grandchildren, Christopher, Jason and Adam Incarnato.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Per Janet’s wishes, there are no calling hours or services.
