Frances E. Horvath

Frances E. Horvath, 85, of New Philadelphia passed away at her home on Monday, March 16, 2020.

Born August 18, 1934 in Staten Island, New York she was a daughter of the late Francis and Susan DeSantis Carillo. Frances was also preceded in death by her husband, David Horvath on March 20, 2016; and a sister, Marie Tomkins.

She retired as a case worker from Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services.

Frances is survived by her children, Mike Horvath of Streetsboro, Susan Alberts of Dover; sisters, Rae Cafiero of New York; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
