Elaine K. Yeager

Elaine K. Yeager, 63, of Gnadenhutten passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton.

Born on June 2, 1962 in Dennison she was a daughter of the late David and Sherry Zobel Risley.  Elaine was also preceded in death by her husband, Perry M. "Matt" Yeager on April 18, 2022, and her sister, Christy Risley.

She had been a nurses aid at several different agencies throughout the area for 22 years.  Elaine was a member of the  Uhrichsville Moose and Eagles Club for many years.  In her spare time she enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, swimming and having family cookouts during the summer.

Elaine is survived by her children, Connie Yeager of Gnadenhutten, Billeejo Parrish of New Philadelphia, Tammy Garabrandt of Dover, DAvid Saffell of Midvale; brothers, Mike Zobel of New Philadelphia, Karl Risley, Keith Risley both of Uhrichsville, Kenneth Risley of Midvale; 14 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8th starting at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Matthew Wald officiating.  The family will be greeting friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
