Donald A. Kinser

Donald A. Kinser, 73, of New Philadelphia passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 in the Community Hospice Truman House.

He was born on July 7, 1949 in Dover and was a son of the late Donald H. and Alta Pershing Kinser. Don was also preceded in death by his sisters, Sherry Goodall and Shirley Massarelli.

Don proudly served his country with the United States Army Reserves and was a member of the New Philadelphia VFW. Following his discharge, he became involved with the family business, Kisner Lanes in New Philadelphia, eventually becoming the owner and operator until 2010. He had also been the owner of Five Waters Golf Club in Midvale.

Don is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
