Debbie Ann Hoopingarner, age 66, of Dover, passed away peacefully at Dover's Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Born September 23, 1958, in Alliance, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Goldie E. (Percy) Litte. Debbie was a former employee of the Eagle Truck Stop in New Philadelphia.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who unfailingly put others before herself. Family extended its embrace with her sisters, Susan Tristano, and Kathy and Lisa Mulinix, alongside her sister-in-law, Joanne Penrod. The bonds of love were not limited to her human family, as Debbie also adored her pets, Pebbles, Chatterbox, Angel, and Skylar, who were important members of her household.

Debbie’s life was characterized by simple pleasures. She found delight in being at home, surrounded by her loved ones, and cherished moments spent listening to music and watching her favorite television shows, including "Little House on the Prairie." Her love for life was evident in her fondness for coffee outings with friends and her enjoyment of beloved treats, such as chicken from Walmart, Gordita Crunches from Taco Bell, and peanut butter ice cream.
