Deacon Tyrrell Nelsen

Deacon Tyrrell Nelsen, was born on Monday, November 21, 2022 and passed away shortly after birth.

Deacon was the beloved son of Caleb Tyrell and Lorna (Foreman) Nelsen of Wadsworth.

He will also be missed by his maternal grandfather; Wallace Foreman of Madisonville, KY; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Rebecca Nelsen of Wadsworth; his paternal great-grandparents, Stanley Edward and Jean Nelsen of Wadsworth; maternal great-grandmother, Donnie Daniel of Beaver Dam, KY; uncles, Ryan Foreman (Rowena) of Madisonville, KY, Ben (Lauren) Newcom of Beaver Dam, KY; along with five cousins.
