Cynthia J. "Cindy" Padgett

Cynthia J. “Cindy” Padgett, age 75, of Dover passed away at her home on Monday, October 5, 2020.

Born in Canton on November 11, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Robert O. Wade and Mary E. (Miller) Hayes. On February 20, 1966, she married Samuel M. Padgett, who preceded her in death on May 30, 2019.

Cindy graduated from New Philadelphia High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo with her friends.

She leaves behind her daughter; Mary (Chris) Hayes of New Philadelphia; son, William (Dolly) Padgett Sr. of Dover; sisters, Joyce (Gary) Decker of Frankfort, Indiana, Janice (George) Koster of Palm Bay, Florida, Robin (Kent) Miller of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four brothers, Terry Wade of Dayton, Tim Wade of Melbourne, Florida, Lindey Wade of Cincinnati, and Kevin Wade of Dayton; along with her grandchildren, Raven Ann Segee, Jesse R. Wills, Rowan Wills, William O. Jr., and Virgil Padgett; along with a great-grandson, Dayton Conner.
