Clarence "Bob" Vierheller

Clarence R. “Bob” Vierheller, 85, of New Philadelphia passed away on September 8, 2022, at Amberwood Manor in New Philadelphia.

Born in Dover on May 15, 1937, he was the son of the late Jacob and Margaret (Ayers) Vierheller. He was also preceded in death by his sons; Mark and David Vierheller; brother, Harry Vierheller; and his sisters, Gloria Halderman, and Evelyn “Kay” Renner and Shirley Vierheller.

Clarence graduated from New Philadelphia High School. He worked for Beaver Excavating and retired from Massillon Material where he was a construction foreman for many years. He was a member of the Dover Eagles. He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry and love fishing.

He will be sadly missed by his children; Pamela (Randall) Affolter of Massillon, Susan Hall of New Philadelphia, John (Mary) Vierheller of Pennsylvania; his sister, Donna (Cliff) Berentz of New Philadelphia; along with nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
