Betty B. Canon, 80, of Strasburg died at her home on Thursday, December 29, 2011.
Born August 31, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Willie and Vernie Merrill Hayes. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Garland Canon on March 5, 2005 and her daughter Joy Whitt.
Betty is survived by her children, Dennis "Mike" Canon, Robert "Brian" Canon and Cindy Spear.
The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling arrangements. There will be no services or calling hours.
