Zachary A. Davis

September 12, 1981 — November 12, 2005

Zachary Adam Davis of 938 E. 3rd St., Dover went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2005.
He was born September 12, 1981 and was the son of Brinley and Anita Bixler Davis of Dover and Christopher Smith of East Rochester, Ohio.

Zachary lived life to the fullest. He was adventurous-he loved to ski and snowboard. He skied with his family all across the country. Zachary was a joy to all the lives he touched. He will be fondly remembered and his contagious laughter will be missed by so many.

This talented young man loved to “jam out” on his guitar and was an artist with a unique sense of style. After graduating high school, he attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and studied commercial art and animation.

Zach truly loved his family-his loyalty ran deep. He loved working at the winery that grandfather built. He had helped make the wine since he was little. Zach had a flair for selling and always had fresh, new ideas.

Zach has always been proud of his younger brothers, Nick and Jonathan. He always wanted to be a good example for them.

In addition to his parents and brothers, he is survived by his loving grandparents, Dalton “Duke” and Cynthia Bixler, Joan and the late William G. Davis of Dover and Linda Crallie of Minerva.

He had two special aunts, Jennifer (Bixler) Kohler and Deanna Bear both of Dover. Zachary cherished his girlfriend and best friend, Lindsey Lewis of Dover and their dachshund, Dexter.

He had a large family who loved him including aunts, uncles, and cousins and hundreds of friends across the country.
