Wilma F. Krebs

Wilma F. Krebs, 80, of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, in Union
Hospital, Dover, following a brief illness.

Born Mar. 25, 1924, in Baertown, Dover, Twp., she was a daughter of the
lateWilliam W. and Bertha V. Jones Simmers. Wilma graduated Dover High School
in 1942. On Sept. 27, 1942, she married Charles F. Krebs. She was employed by
the Fairfield Brick Co. and Feller Trucking, but most of her life she was a
homemaker - a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Wilma was a member of the Sugarcreek Free Methodist Church. For many years she
was a member of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Dover, where she was pianist
and Sunday School teacher. Wilma was also an excellent seamstress, making,
altering and repairing clothing for family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Charles; a daughter, Carol (Scott) Yoss of New
Philadelphia; son, Charles W. (Amber L.) Krebs, also of New Philadelphia; four
grandchildren, Ryan Yoss, Zane, Shiloh and Shayla Krebs; a twin sister, Wilda
M. Krebs of New Philadelphia; half-sisters, Martha Smith of Dover, Esther Carte
and Mary Swanson, both of Mooresville, IN, Derrlyn Ford of New Philadelphia,
Loretta Jacobs of Lafayette, IN, and Daina Rockhold of Frankfort, IN; many
nieces and nephews,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three half-sisters and
one half-brother.

A service celebrating Wilma's life will be held Friday, Dec. 17, at 11 a.m., in
the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, 803 N. Wooster Ave., Dover, with Pastors Dwight
Mason and Ron May officiating. Burial will be in Dover Burial Park. Family and
friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday, Dec. 16, 6-9 p.m.
