Walter H. Annon

Walter H. Annon, 45, of Dover, Ohio died Sunday, June 5, 2005 in Union Hospital following an apparent heart attack at his home.

He was an employee of the Timken Company at Canton.

Born June 15, 1959 in Massillon, Ohio, he was the son of the late James Q. and Patricia A. Pettigrew Annon.

Walter was a graduate of Cambridge High School and served four years in the US Navy. He enjoyed woodworking and was a member of the American Legion.

He is survived by two sons James W. Annon of Cambridge and Brent A. Annon of Dover; one granddaughter, Rebekka Lynn Annon of Cambridge and a nephew, Randy Slaughter of Coshocton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rebekka Slaughter.

Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Saturday, June 11, 2005 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. At his request, cremation will follow the visitation and graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 2pm in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover.
