Velma M. Osborn, 82, of Dover died Friday, March 31, 2000 at Union Hospital following an extended illness.
Born January 12, 1918 in Wauseon, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Pearl Berry Flick.
She attended First United Methodist Church in Dover.
Velma was preceded in death by her husband Ray Osborn who died in 1963.
She is survived by a sister: Doris and Paul Reep of Dover.
Niece: Rebecca and Michael Foos of Dover.
Great niece: Tammy Foos
Great nephew: Doug Foos
She was also preceded in death by a sister Dolores Lieser.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2000 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Roy Scott officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home on Monday from 7-8 pm.
