Thomas M. Foster

Thomas M. Foster, 50, of New Philadelphia died Saturday, October 21, 2017 in the Community Hospice Truman House, surrounded by his loving family, following a brief battle with cancer.

Born September 21, 1967 in San Diego, California he was the son of Floyd “Skip” and Patti Jerome Foster. Tom was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Philadelphia, a 1985 graduate of TCC, and attended The Ohio State University. He was employed at Bishop Well Service Corporation in Wooster for more than 15 years.

In addition to his parents, Tom is survived by his sisters, Gina Foster of New Philadelphia, Tricia (Billy) Fields of Texas; nephew, AJ; nieces, Alexandra, Destiny, Summer, Courtney; special niece and God Child, Payton Foster; aunts and uncle, Janis Milyiori, Bill (Rita) Foster; special cousins, Rhonda and Renee and his good friend, Gary Schupbach.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Pat Jerome, and uncle, Jim Milyiori.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 26 at 11:00 am in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at New Philadelphia with Fr. Jeff Coning officiating. Friends may call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover on Wednesday from 5-8 pm with Christian Wake Services at 7:45.
