Theodore J. "Ted" Milarcik

Theodore J. "Ted" Milarcik, 60, of Dundee entered God's Eternal Kingdom on Monday, June 11, 2012. He left this world behind in his home, surrounded by his family.

He graduated from St. Joseph's High School in 1970 then entered an apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, which was the beginning of his long career in the electrical field. Ted retired just a few weeks ago, following a career with Abbott Electric. Ted had many plans for his retirement including, perfecting his golf swing, sailing, traveling west with Cindy and enjoying visits with his daughters.

A light hearted, devoted and dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend, Ted will be remembered lovingly by his wife of 35 years, Cindy Rausch Milarcik; three daughters, April Milarcik of Cincinnati, Rebekah (John) Curran of Columbus and Laura Milarcik of Dundee; mother, Mary Josefczyk Milarchik of New Philadelphia; sister, Cheryl (Greg) Fuhrer of New Philadelphia; granddaughter, Caitlin Curran; brother in law, Richard (Winnie) Rausch of New Philadelphia; mother in law, Iva Faye Rausch of Dover and many nieces and nephews. Ted will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Ted was preceded in death by his father, Theodore "Pete" Milarchik and father in law, Richard Rausch.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 10:30 am in the Dover Bible Church with Pastor Ed Scaglione officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends can call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover on Thursday from 5-8 pm.
