Sue E. Bays

Sue E. Bays, 77, of New Philadelphia passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Union Hospital following a brief illness.

Born on August 6, 1943 in Gauley, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late John and Sarah Colman Hudnall. Sue was also preceded in death by her husband, Noel Bays in 2012; sisters, Shelva Sims, Betty Adkins; brothers, John, Ricky, Mike, Darrell Hudnall; and an infant son, Noel Bays.

Sue was a nurse’s aide at several different nursing homes throughout the area.

She is survived by her children, Martha (Mike) Kincaid of Newcomerstown, Marsha Bays, Joseph (Vicki) Bays both of New Philadelphia, Rudy (Erika) Bays of Magnolia, Melissa (Jason) Frederick of Pennsylvania; siblings, Carol Wayne “CW” Hudnall, Bruce Hudnall both of Dover, Roger (Cathy) Hudnall, Dreama (Rich) Watkins both of New Philadelphia; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
