Shirley Ann Satterfield

Shirley Ann Satterfield, 79, of Bolivar passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at her home.

Born September 18, 1936 in Foley, Alabama she was a daughter of the late Adam and Pollie Potter Frishkorn. Shirley was also preceded in death by her son, Mark Satterfield.

She had retired from Ameridial in New Philadelphia following 15 years of service.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 58 years, Howard C. Satterfield; son, Mike Satterfield and his fianc Daniela of Jackson Twp; sisters, Nancey Young of Georgia, Elizabeth Clark of Virginia, Onita (Matthew) Topee of Louisiana, Bertie Sue (John) Tibbedeaux of Georgia; grandson, Joseph Satterfield and granddaughter, Tara Satterfield.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4 at 10:30 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Mike McCartney officiating. Interment will be in the East Avenue Cemetery at New Philadelphia. Friends can call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm. Following the burial on Friday, a memorial service will be held at The Chapel, 715 Whittier Ave. NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720, starting at 1:30. There will be a luncheon for family and friends after the service.
