March 7, 1945 — December 1, 2005

Rick N. Carnahan, 60, a well-known area Bass fisherman, died suddenly Thursday, December 1, 2005.

He was a 1936 graduate of Dover High School.

Known throughout the area as an accomplished Bass fisherman, Rick fished for pleasure as well as for sport. He enjoyed the serenity of his hobby, and the challenge of participating in numerous fishing tournaments. He furthered his interest in Bass fishing by becoming a member of several clubs. Being a person who paid close attention to details, he also found a great satisfaction in working in his flower gardens and yard. His devotion was best expressed by the tender loving care he offered his wife throughout the years.
