Paul B. Reep

Paul B. Reep, 100, of Dover died Monday, January 27, 2014 in the Hennis Care Centre at Bolivar.

Born November 18, 1913 in Morgantown, Ohio he was a son of the late George and Myrtle Morris Reep. Paul was also preceded in death by his wife of almost 72 years, Doris Reep on April 3, 2010; sister, Nina Rogers and brothers, Walter and Dale Reep.

Paul proudly served his country during WW II with the United States Army where he received the Purple Heart. He retired as the Head Custodian from St. Francis de Sales High School in Columbus. Paul enjoyed music and could play just about any instrument without any formal training. He also attended Dover Alliance Church.

Paul is survived by nieces, Rebecca (Michael) Lieser Foos of Dover and Jacky Reep of California; nephew, Jeffrey (Robin) Reep of Wisconsin; great niece, Tammy Foos Page of Florida and great nephew, Doug Foos of Nevada.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 3 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Richard Rose officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park where the Dover VFW will conduct military graveside services. Friends can call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 pm.
