Patricia L. Espenschied

Patricia L. Espenschied, 87, of Dover died Wednesday, August 30, 2017 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover.

Born August 3, 1930 in Dover she was a daughter of the late George and Catherine Engeldinger Penrod. Pat was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Espenschied on October 21, 2014; brothers, Bob, Walter, Joe and Max Penrod; sisters, Maxine Scott, Wilma Lindsay and Viola Linzey.

Pat was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Dover VFW Auxiliary, Senior Citizens. She and Ray loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping at Atwood for over 50 years.

A loving mother and grandmother, Pat will be sadly missed by her son, Tom (Marsha) Espenschied of Dover; daughters, Patti (Ron) Kaser of New Philadelphia, Cathy (Jim) Yard of Louisville; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 2 at 1:00 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Fr. Jimmy Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in the St. Joseph Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
