Patricia Davis

Patricia Davis, 62, of Massillon died Friday, November 23, 2001 at Massillon Community Hospital following an extended illness.

She retired from Canton Health Care in August after 19 years of service.

Born June 11, 1939 in Dover, Ohio she was a daughter of Alice M. Shonk Grove of Strasburg and the late Herbert K. Grove.

She was a member of the Massillon Moose Aux. She enjoyed playing dominoes and taking care of her family.

Patricia is also survived by four daughters: Sherrie Meadows of Navarre
Carmen Davis of Massillon
Kathy Davis of Massillon
Carrie McKeown of Massillon

Three sons: John Davis of Massillon
Jay Davis of Dover, Tennessee
Clay Davis of Dover, Tennessee

Sister: Alice (Charles) Sparks of Brewster

Four brothers: Herb (Christine) Grove of Chandler, Arizona
Carl (Patricia) Grove of Navarre
Darrell (Yvonne) Grove of Navarre
Ted (Linda) Grove of Massillon

12 grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Donna Ann Casterline

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2001 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Glen Shedlock officiating. Interment will be in the Grandview Union Cemetery at Strasburg. Friends can call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 pm.
