Noreen L. Kibler

Noreen L. Kibler, 67, of Dover, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 20, 2017.

Born July 30, 1950 in Massillon, she was a daughter of the late Billy and Ruby Mae Haswell Kibler Garman. Noreen was also preceded in death by her brother, David Garman and step-father, Ken Garman.

Noreen had been in sales at many different retail stores throughout the area, and most recently, had been employed at May Valley Flooring in New Philadelphia. She loved her cats and enjoyed spending time with her friends and nieces and nephews.

Noreen is survived by her daughter, Gina Galli of Las Vegas; brothers, John (Sherrie) Kibler of New Philadelphia, Dan (Erika) Garman of Dover, Doug Garman and his companion, Beverly Saunders of Akron, Greg (Karie) Garman of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. A celebration of Noreen’s life will be held on Friday, September 1 from 4-6 pm in the New Life Church of God at 115 South Avenue, Dover.
