Natasha Stover

February 16, 1992 — May 6, 2014

NATASHA STOVER, 22, of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday Morning May 6, 2014 at Aultman Hospital, following a shooting accident.

Natasha was an energetic child of God. She loved life and purposed to live her life as God intended, for the 22 short years she had in this world.

Natasha is survived by her parents Greg and Rhonda Burtscher Stover of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and older siblings, Jessica and Nathan; grandmother, Arlene Burtscher of New Philadelphia; grandparents, Bob and Donna Stover; aunts and uncles, Dan and Pat (Stover)O'Callaghan; Ryan and Amy Stover; Michael and Brenda Stover, all of Xenia; Brad and Sandra (Burtscher) Brittenham of Johnstown; and 13 cousins. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Charles Burtscher; and grandmother, Nancy Stover.

Natasha was a 2010 homeschool graduate and participated in the CHEHC (Christian Home Educators of Holmes County) support group. She loved animals and possessed a gift for working with them. She was particularly passionate about horses and her first job after graduation was working at Hunter Ridge Stables. For the past year and a half she enthusiastically went to work each day at a dairy farm, near Navarre, where she milked about 70 cows, took care of the calves and helped with the feeding and cleaning. She loved leather working, sewing, knitting, crocheting, jewelry making and woodworking. She wasn't afraid to tackle new projects and made great use of the public library to research and broaden her knowledge. She assisted her mother and sister in worship at Tree of Life Church, by singing, dancing, playing the drums, flagging, or just being a helpful servant for whatever needed done.

In her final hours at the hospital, Natasha was surrounded by her loving family. May the God of Mercy and Grace, bring peace to all that endure, for Our God has sent his only Son, who died on the Cross to set us free. To all that knew her Natasha is truly extending His Kingdom.
