Myrtle K. Wright, 86, of Dover, died Monday, October 22, 2001 in her home.
Born September 22, 1915 at Edgewater, Maryland, she was daughter of the late Russell & Nellie Higgs Leitch.
Myrtle was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church at Dover. She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers and sewing.
She is reunited with her husband of 57 years, Robert Wright, who died August 4.
Surviving are two daughters, Myra & Mike Petty of Indians Rock Beach, FL and Mona & Don Hayhurst of Uniontown.
In addition to her parents and husband, Myrtle was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles & Tom Leitch.
A public graveside service will be held Thursday, October 25, at 11:00am in East Avenue Cemetery in New Philadelphia with Pastor Brian Nunnally officiating. Friends may call in Toland-Herzig in Dover on Thursday from 10-10:45am.
