Mary Elizabeth Warther

Mary Elizabeth Warther, 39, of Dover, died Saturday, September 9, 2000 in Union Hospital following a brief illness.

Born November 9, 1960 at Dover, she was a daughter of Jacob ''Jake'' & Marjorie Herbst Warther.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover and had attend both there and the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Philadelphia for many years. Mary loved music and had been active for many years in the Tuscarawas County Philharmonic. She was a 1979 graduate of Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School and earned her associates degree in Business Technology from the Tuscarawas Campus of Kent State University in 1990.

In addition to her parents, Mary is survived by 6 brothers and sisters:

A funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 12, at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover with Msgr. George Schlegel & Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friends may call at Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in Dover on Monday from 6-8pm.
