Kenneth D. Shutt

Kenneth D. Shutt, 79, of Dover went home to be with the Lord Saturday, October 27, 2001 at New Dawn Health Care Center.

He retired from Gradall, and with his wife owned and operated Kenny's Boat Haven for 25 years.

Born May 18, 1922 in Sugarcreek he was a son of the late Herb and Ruby Feller Shutt.

He was a member of Dover Bible Church, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Betty J. Shutt who died on January 20, 2001.

He is survived by a son: Terry (Kathy) Shutt of Dover

Two daughters: Diane (Bill) Hadley of Dover
Kimberly (John) James of New Philadelphia

Brother: Gene (Jackie) Shutt of Dover

Sister: Marjorie Harmon of Dundee

Six grandchildren: Mike (Shelly) Shutt Kim Hadley
Kelly (Chris) Kohl John James
Amy Hadley Amber James

Two great grandchildren: Jared and Olivia Shutt

He was also preceded in death by a brother: Keith Shutt.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2001 at 11:00 am in the Dover Bible Church with Pastor Ed Scaglione officiating. Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery at Sugarcreek. Friends can call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover on Tuesday from 5-8 pm.
