Jeffrey P. Rainsburg, 60, of Dover passed away peacefully on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Union Hospital following an extended illness.

Born July 23, 1957 in Dover, he was a son of the late Gilbert and Florence Blunt Rainsburg. Jeff was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Rainsburg.

Before illness forced his retirement, he was a long time truck driver for Stocker Sand and Gravel. Jeff was a member of Sugarhill Wildlife Club in Midvale and loved camping, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 38 years, Laurie Frey Rainsburg whom he married on April 11, 1980; children, Missy (Larry) Joseph, Stacy (Cory Herron) Rainsburg, JP (April) Rainsburg; brother, Sheldon (Tina) Rainsburg, Sandra Sears; grandchildren, Makayla, Alexis, Christopher II, Kailee, Autumn, Lincoln, Oakley and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 23 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-7 pm.
