Jason A. Dallacheisa

Jason A. Dallacheisa, age 44, of New Philadelphia, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 in Community Hospice’s Truman House, with his loving family and friends surrounding him.

Born May 17, 1973, in Dover, he was a son of Allen (Linda) Dallacheisa of North Olmsted and the late Sandy Lieser Dallacheisa. Jason graduated from Dover High School in 1991, and went on to serve honorably with the United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm. He married Michelle McMullen, who survives, on May 26, 2001, and was a devoted husband and father. Jason was a self-employed insurance agent, and worked as a drum instructor at the Roselyn Music Store in Dover for many years. He enjoyed people (and absolutely loved the kids) and talking with them - he never met a stranger. He always wore a smile on his face and loved to tell a “story.” Jason was a man of faith and was a member of Countryside Chapel in New Philadelphia.

In addition to his father, and his wife, Michelle, Jason is survived by his children, Lauren Grebner of Alta Vista, Virginia, and Mikayla and Jayden Dallacheisa, both at home; and his brother, Mark Dallacheisa.

Jason’s life will be celebrated in a service Wednesday, April 18, at 11 a.m., in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, with pastors from the Countryside Chapel officiating. Burial will be in Dover Burial Park where military rites will be conducted. Following the committal, there will be a lunch in Ricardo’s Party Center in New Philadelphia. Family and friends are invited to call at the Funeral home on Tuesday, April 17, 1 – 3 and 5 – 8 p.m. The family asks that those planning to attend bring along a fond written remembrance of Jason to share.
