Jarron Thomas Milius

Jarron Thomas Milius, 39, of New Philadelphia, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021.

Born April 16, 1982, in Dover, Jarron was the son of Cindy I. Wilson and Thomas J. Milius.

He graduated in 2000 from Bear Creek High School in Lakewood, Colorado. Jarron went on to attend the Dorsey Culinary School in Roseville, Michigan, graduating in 2012. He also attended the Art Institute of Michigan, in Novi, where he earned a Pastry Arts Degree. Jarron was currently employed by Meteor Sealing Systems in Dover.

He enjoyed cooking as well as collecting antiques and artwork.

He will be dearly missed by his parents, Cindy and Thomas, both of New Philadelphia; his sister, Amanda I. (Paulo) Morris of Knoxville, Tennessee; his six nieces and nephews; his five great-nieces and great-nephews; his aunt and uncle; and Thomas’ companion, Holly Shonk.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Floyd and Lydia Wilson; his paternal grandparents, Alphonse and Ruth Milius; and by his step-father, Herb Katterman.

Friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, on Saturday, December 11, 2 - 3 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 3 in the funeral home; Pastor Kyle Alt will officiate. Immediately afterward, there will be a gathering with refreshments in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on the Boulevard in Dover.
