Iva M. Foster

Iva M. Foster, 99, of Strasburg died Saturday, February 16, 2002 at New Dawn Health Care Center following an extended illness.

She had worked at Garver Brothers Store and the Strasburg Pharmacy.

Born January 16, 1903 in Mineral City she was a daughter of the late Carl and Catherine Stahlecker Eberly.

She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Strasburg and the Women�(TM)s Guild.

She is survived by two grandchildren: Timothy (Paula) Foster and Ted (Carol) Foster

9 great grandchildren: Erin, Philip, Corey, Brian, Alyssa, Devyn, Kellie, Bailey and
Ellyce

Sister: Katherine Klingler

Daughter-in-law: Polly Foster

Her husband Kenneth Foster who died in 1969 preceded Iva in death.

She was also preceded in death by a son: Larry Foster

Sister: Edna Snyder

Great Grandson: Kenneth M. Foster

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2002 at 1:00 pm in St. John United Church of Christ at Strasburg with Rev. Gerald Schuessler officiating. Interment will be at Grandview Union Cemetery in Strasburg. Friends can call at the church one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
