Iris M. Inglis Wright

Beloved, Iris M. Inglis Wright of Dover passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005 at Aultman Hospital.

Born December 21, 1936 she was the daughter of the late John and Daphne Thoumine Inglis.

Having emigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland she enjoyed entertaining visiting family and returning to her childhood home. She took pleasure in knitting, crocheting and sewing in her spare time, making many gifts to be cherished by family and friends. Her happiest times were spent in the company of her family and dear friends.

She is lovingly survived by her three children and their families, Robert (Kathy) Wright and their son David of Uhrichsville, Deborah (John) Fondriest and their children, Matthew, Emily and Amanda of Dover and George Wright and son Bentley of Dover. She is also survived by her remaining family in Scotland, her brothers, David Inglis of Edinburgh Scotland and Albert Inglis of Musselburgh, Scotland, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Norman “Norrie” Inglis and Jackie “Jake” Inglis; and her former husband, Robert Wright.

Friends can call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory in Dover on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 from 6-8 pm. A public graveside service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 am at the Dover Burial Park with Deacon Ron Fondriest officiating.
