Freda E. Smith

Freda E. Smith, 85, of Dover, died Sunday, November 12, 2000 in her home after a long illness.

Born May 25, 1915 at Black Betsy, WV, she was a daughter of the late Elizabeth Holloway Adamson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde A. Smith, who passed away on December 16, 1987.

Survivors include:

5 daughters Wilma J. Conley of Cleveland
Mrs. Bruce (Barbara J.) Bernard of New Phila.
Mrs. Alfred (Beverly M.) Bednarski of Lakewood
Marjorie McConnell of Dover
Deborah Smith of Cleveland
12 grandchildren
10 great grandchildren

In addition to her mother and husband, Freda was preceded in death by 3 brothers and sister.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 16, at 11:00am in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Dr. Steven Bailey officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8.
