Franklin E. Wardell Jr.

Franklin E. Wardell Jr., 81, of Bolivar passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in the Hennis Care Centre at Bolivar.

Born November 26, 1939 in Canton he was a son of the late Franklin Sr. and Rose Nemethy Wardell. Frank was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Wardell on November 23, 2002; sons, Franklin R. and John Wardell; half-brother, Walter Smith.

He was the owner of the former Brooklyn Grill in Dover and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his son, Daniel (Ashley) Wardell of Baltic; sister, Rosemary (Milford) Powell of Canton; grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Lucinda and Alison.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
