Dorren E. Herman

Dorren E. Herman, 83, of Dover died Friday, June 29, 2012 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover.

He retired from the Timken Co. in Canton after 30 years of service.

Born October 18, 1928 in Dover he was a son of the late Edward and Wertha Funk Herman. Dorren was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roy and Oscar Herman and two sisters, Laura Vogel and Edith Rini.

Dorren proudly served his country with the United States Air Force and was a member of Dover Alliance Church and the former Dover Elks and VFW.

He is survived by a niece and six nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Rev. Richard Rose officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends can call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
